The Newmarket Collective is a bespoke recording and creative production company housed at Newmarket Studios in North Melbourne. In 2023 NMC commissioned the Across Silence project, a unique collaboration of Deaf artists and  hearing musicians. This lead to a deeper dive into presenting inclusive performances, resulting in partnership with Music: Not Impossilbe (USA), creator of the worlds most sophisticated vibro-tactile haptic vests. 

Newmarket Haptics launched in 2023 has provided vibro-tactile haptic vests for Deaf artists and audiences for Ability Fest, Rising Festival, St. Kilda Festival, Brunswick Music Festival, The Womens Circus, BIGSOUND, Now or Never, Sydney Dance Company, The Night Cat, Deafblind Camp, Beaker St. Festival, Next Wave Festival, NGV Trienial, Music Victoria Awards, Melbourne Deaf Festival, Echuca Blues Festival and SXSW Sydney.
